Our philosophy is to guide, coach and educate patients to impart a positive lifestyle change that can be maintained long-term. Patients come in as strangers but they leave as friends. We want to get to know every patient so we can individualize every phase of treatment to best meet their needs. Our team is professional and offers outstanding patient care and customer service.

Linda Hlivka, BS, CN, MBA, CPT is a Clinical Nutritionist has developed a practical and easy program that anyone can follow. She successfully worked with thousands of patients for 6 years as the Nutritionist and VP of Operations for the Serotonin-Plus Weight Loss Program. She has positively changed, improved and extended the lives of many.

As a nutritionist for over 20 years, Linda has researched every aspect of weight loss/weight management and is the author of The Stress Eater Diet. She has spent the last 19 months researching the correlation of stress to weight along with the biochemical changes that occur during stress. Linda has a passion for weight loss and has personally helped every one of our patients to lose weight. She also holds 8 U.S. patents for new products. She has developed many nutritional and vitamin supplements throughout her career including the new Stress Less Weight Formula. Linda has a B.S. in Human Nutrition & Foods from Douglass College, Rutgers University and an MBA from Regis University.
